There's a nice rhythm to Season 14 once you stop treating every boss run as a one-off. The Corrupted Reaper can turn a spare half-hour into a serious stack of gold and Forgotten Souls, especially if you're also watching for useful D4 items along the way. It isn't complicated, but the setup matters. Get the Warplan choices right first, stock up on keys, then keep your runs short and tidy. You'll notice the difference after just a few full bags.
Set up the Warplan first
Head into the Lair Bosses section of the Warplan Tree before travelling to Hawezar. Pick Lair of Plenty and Golden Hoard. The first one adds another Hoard Chest when a Lair Boss falls. Golden Hoard changes ordinary gear from those chests straight into gold, while leaving Uniques, Mythic Uniques, charms, and seals alone. That means less time sorting rubbish and more room for things worth keeping. The basic payoff looks like this.

Keep Superior Lair Keys coming
Keys are what keep this route alive, so don't burn through your supply without refilling it. Pandemonium Ruptures in Helltides are the place to start. Closing one gives Glints of Hope, and those Glints feed the repeatable seasonal cache at the Zarbinzet reputation board. Each cache contains three Superior Lair Keys. It's worth doing this in a simple order.
- Join Helltides and close Pandemonium Ruptures.
- Collect Glints of Hope as you go.
- Visit Zarbinzet and claim repeatable seasonal caches.
- Take the three keys from each cache into your boss session.
Make each Reaper run count
With your keys ready, use the Pandemonium Threshold entrance in Zarbinzet, Hawezar. The Corrupted Reaper is right there, so there's no long detour between attempts. Defeat her, open both Hoard Chests, grab the drops that remain, and reset the encounter. Then go again. Don't keep heading back to town after every kill; that's where the pace falls apart. Stay until your inventory is full, unless a Mythic Unique drops and you want to take a breath. Most players find the loop feels better when they focus on quick clears rather than squeezing out one more run with no bag space left.
Cash in the full inventory
Back in town, visit the Blacksmith first and salvage gear you don't need. A packed inventory often produces around 150 to 175 Forgotten Souls, which adds up far faster than casual cleanup. Sell unwanted charms and seals to a vendor after that. Golden Hoard has already handled much of the gold work, so the sale is a useful extra.
