2. Skip “Steal Fans” Phase
Unless a specific goal forces you to, ignore stealing fans from opponents. It’s usually slower than simply taking new territories and building your fan base organically.
3. Target Strongholds Early
Move quickly toward enemy strongholds. Surrounding them before attacking can limit their expansion, letting you focus on empty spaces first. This tactic prevents your enemies from gaining extra fans and keeps your campaign under control.
4. Difficulty Management
